Yester -year

It has been a really long 1 year and a month passed since I posted my last blog post. There has been too much happening that I didn't even had the time to blog on the computer. I didn't even have time for social networks since I de-activated my Facebook.

I guess I will start to blog once again, just to keep track of this short fast life. I have been actively cycling and bicycle building. It has been one of my hobbies besides photography which I have slowed down for quite some time since I switch from APS-C to Full frame due to lack of filters and lenses.

I have been married since 28th of December 2014 with my ex-girlfriend and currently expecting a baby by the end of this year. I have been so blessed through out the year with challenges and a happy family. I hope that it will last and am learning to be a better person and partner.

I love cycling since I was small. Currently I am into bikes tuning and building. I am not a good builder but I am picking up skills here and there.  I am not an exceptionally fit rider. Just a casual one who loves to cycle with a premium steed that I custom build.

Weekend

I was down with the sickness these few days, it started on Thursday, guess the air and ever changing weather has something to do with it. I first caught sore-throat, which I remedied with warm drinks and lots of water. I even made myself some lime drink, which was very sour to my taste due to no sugar.

On Friday, my sore-throat miraculously cured and I was over-joyed when my tongue started to feel food again, however during the afternoon, suddenly my nose starts to itch and I can't stop sneezing till my nose got red. Even my vision felt so fuzzy and I couldn't concentrate doing my work.

The severity of the sickness escalated on Saturday, I rested more than 8 hours, if I don't I know the running nose wouldn't stop and I will be suffering more. So I forced myself to rest and when I woke up, I find myself feeling slightly better, with fever and heavy headed.

Sunday morning, I still felt groggy. The night before, I drank a glass of  water mixed with a spoon of activated charcoal, which I believe will cleanse my body. I rested half of the day, and on the evening I eventually felt better and am ready for the new week of work.

Through out the whole ordeal I didn't want to show any weaknesses and continued to do my work. I felt that I need to be strong despite the sickness inside of me or if any strong challenges I face. I know I will prevail with prayer and trust in God.

A dreaded life

Life is treating me so well, with a better opportunities in every corner, more time for self driven activities and for praising God. Still deep in my heart, as responsibilities pile up, experienced people come and go, there is a deep dread which causes worry in me.

Life will be dreadful if you can't do anything for the people you love, work pile up everyday causing me to be a workaholic. Stress overcoming my mental strength is also one of the dreaded things which I fear will happen to me. I need to take charge and have control over this.

I should try to take it easy and relax myself a bit. Feeling quite tense these few days. Worried sometimes that I will turn into a robot with no feelings. That is a dreaded life to me. A soul deprived of health, happiness and sense of humanity.

What I eat..

I used to be an avid picky meat eater. Normally eating lots of carbohydrate and large amount of meat. Be it chicken, beef or other form of edible meat. I don't eat pork or exotic meat. Fried and grilled is my preferred choice, this and that huge amount of meat consumption.

Eating is great, I honestly say that I live to eat during those times when I was so engrossed with delicious food. Fast food also fascinates me, I can eat a whole Brooklyn burger in about 30 minutes. One or two packs of fried french fries isn't enough for me. That was 2 years ago, before I went for a medical check up.

When I finally did a med check up for my job, I found that my cholesterol level skyrocketed, my busy schedule made me lazy to exercise and this is when I reach a realization that I am unfit and unhealthy. The situation got worse when I realized that all this unhealthy food fest investment only made me fit to die earlier.

Suddenly I have the urge to change, starting by denying soft drinks and also fast food. I realized that the money I earned will be worthless if I am unhealthy, all my collectibles will just be a waste if I can't even wear it due to my sickness.

After waking up from a wonderful food fest dream, I came back to the road of reality, all those deliciously tempting food will obviously bring me to doom. If I don't change now, I am slowly digging my grave, step by step walking closer to my grave.

Like the rabbit I'll get back to the basic food which Adam & Eve took, I won't live close to a century but at least I won't be suffering living my life.
