The eldest

I am the eldest of the family, and it means a lot to be the eldest child. The eldest is the first to face the challenges of the world. A burden  has been placed on them which are the highest expectations especially from the parents and members of the family.

Figure 1: I am the champion.
It is important for the eldest in the family to realize his importance and role, which is to be an example to his younger siblings and display discipline especially in learning. However at a young age, the parents play a vital role in ensuring that the child understands by shaping and teaching closely.

Figure 2: Jon and Sullivan.
The eldest have the opportunity to be the first in the family to experience new things, be it food, pampering by the parents, early education, new toys and all the fine things that the family can provide. The eldest usually have the best and have grown to eventually pass it to the young ones.

Figure 3: Happy together.
So, Sullivan, this is your time, to do your best and make your parents proud. Life isn't perfect but by learning and be closer to God, this will strengthen you through this journey. Only through relationship with God does life bears a meaning.

Figure 4: Looking forward.
